Schedule a virtual appointment with one of our stylists to create your dream hat from anywhere. Your stylist will connect with you by phone or video from inside our in-store Hat Bar, giving you the full experience of being in a brick-and-mortar location.

They’ll guide you through every step—from finding the right fit to exploring thousands of accessory options—so you can customize a hat that’s uniquely yours.

Once your design is complete and payment is processed, we’ll ship your custom hat within 2–3 business days. Most hats arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping.

Please note: The virtual reservation fee covers flat-rate shipping costs due to oversized packaging.
